Ancestry.com: A broad scope of work that ran internationally, as well as a non-traditional format that was shown in Times Square.
USHMM: This is an ongoing project with the US Holocaust Memorial Museum.
Spot the Tot: One of our Emmy nominated commercials that has been very successful and is
hopefully saving lives.
Blister Blaster: A 3 dimensional full CG character animation that began as 2 dimensional
sketches. Who needs actors? (Just kidding, some of our best friends are actors.)
Franklin Covey: We created this using a combination of 2D and 3D animation with some advanced compositing techniques. The goal was to take an entertaining approach to an instructional piece.
The Road Home: A wonderful organization we came to fully appreciate during the production
of this video. Get involved.
CCSD: A fun, stop-motion style commerical for California College San Diego.
911: Two very serious spots we did that got a fantastic response. Also a few awards.
1085 Echo: This is a 15 minute cut-down of a documentary showing the potentially tragic
consequences of texting while driving. Don't do it. Emmy nominated.
Legacy Auto Group: A 30 second spot that shows sometimes a car is more than a car. Don't judge.
Kaplan University: Two spots from a group we shot on a sound stage in Chicago. Amazing art
direction and set design can make all the difference.
Jake Wilson: A 60 second spot for motorcycle accessories that employs several nice effects.
And motorcycles are cool.
Control4: This is the first chapter of a longer sales piece showing the amazing benefits
of their products. Virtually every shot involved multiple effects.
Jake Bastian is our Director/ Editor/ Motion Graphics Artist/ Milliner/ Cameraman/ Shepherd.
You can imagine how annoying he is. He bridges the gap between Production and Post-production,
between the mundane and the sublime, between sane and just plain creepy.
Connor is our current intern. No further explanation needed.
Jon Foster is our Executive Producer. He is originally from Utah but that's negotiable.
With a background in TV news, travel photography, advertising agency producing and welding, he
can do it all. Except math. Math is hard.
Elliot Cutler is our Director. He walks around muttering about "film" and "the good old
days". He eats a lot of fruit.
Arnie Mecham is our Chief Animator. He has a deep love of all styles of animation and he
really enjoys making his animated characters move and interact. We just wish he would put clothes
on them. Awkward.
Nathan Buchanan is our Post-production Supervisor. He manages editors, animators and
graphic artists and hasn't killed anyone yet. We all consider that a major accomplishment. He's
also pretty creative and stuff.
